Next Generation Apprenticeship
The Next Generation Culinary Apprenticeship Program, in partnership with the ACF, combines traditional culinary techniques with cutting-edge sustainability practices. Apprentices will receive hands-on training, access to state-of-the-art technology, and mentorship from industry leaders, graduating with professional certifications that prepare them to excel in the modern culinary landscape.
Grateful Gatherings
Grateful Gatherings is a community-driven initiative by the Pittsburgh Culinary Initiative, in partnership with the American Culinary Federation’s Pittsburgh Chapter, aiming to feed 10,000 to 15,000 people on Thanksgiving Day. By partnering with local organizations, volunteers, and donors, we ensure that everyone can enjoy a warm, nutritious meal and the spirit of togetherness, especially those facing food insecurity.
